By downloading, accessing, or using Expense Me Back ("EMB", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

EMB is a personal expense management application that provides receipt scanning, AI-assisted categorisation, expense tracking, report generation, and sharing functionality. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

You agree to:

• Use EMB only for legitimate expense management purposes
• Not upload content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes others' rights
• Not attempt to access other users' data
• Not use the Service to send unsolicited emails or spam
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application

EMB uses AI and OCR to extract information from receipts. While we strive for accuracy, automated extraction may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting extracted data before saving and submitting expenses. EMB is not liable for errors in AI-extracted information that you have not reviewed.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your expense data. EMB processes your data solely to provide the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Reports generated by EMB are based on the data you have entered. You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted reports. EMB is not liable for the consequences of submitting inaccurate expense reports to your employer or any third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any interruption or cessation of service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the application or store listing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
